• Customer education - Educating your customers can help them understand the complexities of product sourcing and safety standards. Product quality varies by factory and price range. Understanding production techniques, material characteristics and safety standards can help you guide your customers to the right combination of product quality and price.

• Factory inspections - Factory inspections and qualification has always been a challenge for companies. We know that it can be next to impossible for customers to visit factories in China. That is why factory and production reviews have been a part of our QA program since our inception. We want your customers to feel comfortable with the production process.

• Material testing - Testing has become the frontline defense against defective materials. Sample testing has always been a good idea, but we extend it further by random pre-shipment testing. Random pre-shipment testing can help catch variations in the production process and ensure that quality exists throughout the order. Additional testing will most certainly add additional cost and production time, but safety is a priority in today’s business climate.

• Safety labeling - Existing federal and state legislation requires disclosure of potential hazards related to a product. These hazards can range from disclosure of acceptable levels of chemicals to age related restrictions (i.e. choking hazards). These labels, though minor in cost, will provide immeasurable good will with your customers. Keep in mind most products do not require a label, but are you or your customers aware of the products that do?
