ORDERING INFORMATION:
Please include the following information when you place an
order: Product Name, Quantity, Product Color, Imprint
Color, Shipping Location, Billing Address, Art Work.
Reference our order form on our web site or you may use your
company's standard purchase order form. If you use your
company's purchase order form be sure that you include the
necessary information indicated in bold above. Please call us
with any questions you may have. Please see below for
Payment Terms.
CHANGES TO ORDERS: Any and all
changes to orders must be communicated in writing. This
guarantees the quality of your order as well as a timely
delivery. All changes to orders must be made in a
reasonable amount of time from the PO date.
IN-HANDS DATE: All
purchase orders must state in-hands date with the following
information: contact name, contact phone number, and method of
domestic shipment.
QUALITY CONTROL:
889 Global Solutions Ltd. inspectors check each order before
it leaves China. The factories we have partnered with have
agreed with this practice and understand the need for high
quality products and imprinting. We use a standard inspection
method called Accepted Quality Level or A.Q.L. It is a widely
accepted sample testing procedure that insures each order is
of good quality. We hand check the product when looking for
defects. Any orders with over 2% defective rate are
rejected. The factories are accustomed to our intense
inspections and provide us with quality products. A copy of
the inspection results for your orders is available upon
request.
PRICES:
Prices are subject to change due to unforeseen changes in
factory prices, shipping costs etc. If there are any changes,
you will be notified before your order goes into production.
CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS: All orders
must have official logo releases on the part of BOTH
distributor and end-user client. Please contact sales
representative for document templates. All letters must be
faxed to 889 Global Solutions using the appropriate
distributor and end user client letterhead.
LIABILITY: Seller's liability is states further in the Purchase
Order Confirmation. Seller's liability is limited to credit
or replacement of goods using the method of shipment of the
original order. In no case will liability exceed the amount
charged for the order.
WARRANTIES: No warranties are stated or implied by the seller
concerning the marketability or suitability of its products
for any specific use or purpose.
OVER RUN/ UNDER RUN POLICY: 2% of goods
ordered and billed accordingly.
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): Dependent on
item. As a general rule, MINIMUM orders are $5000 dollars.
RANDOM SAMPLES: Provided
samples are located in our Columbus office. Shipping costs
for these samples will be paid for by the buyer and are
usually shipped using UPS, DHL, or FedEx.
SAMPLE PURCHASE ORDERS: 889 Global
Solutions can accommodate production of actual samples prior
to full project commitment. Please contact us for details and
applicable charges.
PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS: Unless
otherwise specified in writing, 889 Global Solutions has the
right to display samples in trade promotion and print.
UNIMPRINTED ITEMS:
Each product is available blank/without any imprint. The
prices are slightly less without an imprint. Please call and
get pricing for any product you are interested in without
imprint.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
889 Global Solutions Ltd. also does custom promotional products for
customers. China factories are known for their ability to
customize products, many items are made by hand which allows
for easy customization. Custom plastic molds are also very
inexpensive in China relative to U.S. prices.
ARTWORK/IMPRINTING:
The imprint you get on the product will be as good as the
artwork you submit. The artwork must be clear to get the best
results. It is best to provide a black and white hard copy of
your artwork. PC or Macintosh format files are acceptable,
please provide a black and white hard copy as well. If your
imprint/logo is multiple colors please separate each color.
If you desire a unique color imprint please specify the PMS
color number. All our factories have PMS charts to avoid any
confusion with colors and match colors as close as possible.

PRE PRODUCTION PROOF:
Pre production proofs are available upon request. Normally
samples are sent via FedEx and take 7 to 21 days to arrive.
There is no charge for the samples but the DHL shipment
charges will be invoiced at cost. Production time begins
after the pre production proof is approved.
SHIPPING:
The prices listed in this catalog include shipping to one
continental U.S. location of your choice. The additional
charge for air shipping is listed separately. Air shipping
shortens delivery time by approximately 21 days. Shipping
prices are subject to change as well as the shipment time.

PAYMENT TERMS:
For all orders under 10,000 pieces, we require payment in full
at the time the PO is placed. We accept check only.
Fax a copy of your check to us 720-294-551 (made out to 889 Global
Solutions Ltd.) with your PO and put your check in the mail.
We will begin production as soon as we have confirmed your
check has been written. For all orders of more than
10,000 pieces, we require a 50% deposit at the time of order
and the remaining 50% upon delivery. All invoiced past
due date will be charged 1-1/2% per month on unpaid balances.

REFERENCES: Available
upon request. We have been in business for many years so
we have built strong relationships with many distributors who
are more than happy to speak with you.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AND EXAMS: Given current international security concerns, goods
arriving in the US may be subject to US Customs exams. There are 2 types of
exams: 1) Physical Inspection and 2) VACIS (automated gamma
x-ray exam). While 889 Global Solutions does prepare for the
possibility of such exams, clients should be aware of the
possibility of delay in delivery due to these exams. For
In-Hands dates affected by these measures, 889 Global
Solutions may need to expedite domestic shipping on behalf of
the client. This action in most cases will carry higher cost
of domestic deliveries. All communication of these
circumstances will be provided to the client in writing.
